A PERSONAL HANDS ON APPROACH
At Lucy J Design, we’ve helped homeowners across Perth transform outdated bathrooms into functional, beautiful spaces — and if you’re in Midland, we’d love to help you too. With over 30 years of experience and hundreds of successful renovations behind us, we bring local expertise, creative flair, and a genuine commitment to quality into every Midland home we work in.
We understand that no two bathrooms — or clients — are the same. Whether you’re looking to refresh a tired bathroom in a character home or redesign a compact ensuite, we tailor every renovation to suit your space, lifestyle, and budget. From layout advice and fixture selection to custom finishes and project management, we make the entire process seamless from start to finish.
EVERY PROJECT IS UNIQUE
A successful bathroom renovation starts with thoughtful planning. At Lucy J Design, we take the time to understand what matters most to you — whether that’s clever storage, a luxurious shower, or better flow in a small space. During your in-home consultation, we’ll explore ideas, offer expert advice, and walk you through design concepts that align with both your vision and your home’s style.
Many Midland homes present unique layout challenges or require updates that blend modern comfort with older architecture. That’s where our experience shines. We’ll guide you through everything from layout suggestions to tile selection and custom cabinetry — helping you create a bathroom that’s as practical as it is beautiful.
