HERITAGE-INSPIRED, FUTURE-READY DESIGNS

Bathroom Renovations Fremantle

At Lucy J Design, we specialise in creating bathrooms that honour Fremantle’s unique architectural spirit while delivering modern functionality. Whether you’re restoring a heritage-listed cottage in the West End, updating a fisherman’s terrace near the port, or modernising an apartment in the CBD, we bring 30+ years of local experience to every project.

Our Fremantle renovations balance:

  • Respect for heritage features (original floorboards, high ceilings, limestone walls)
  • Clever solutions for compact spaces common in Freo homes
  • Nautical-inspired designs that nod to the port city’s identity

We understand Fremantle’s strict heritage guidelines and work closely with the City to ensure compliance while achieving your vision.

EVERY TILE TELLS A STORY

Expert Craftsmanship in Fremantle

Your Freo bathroom should be as distinctive as the city itself. We specialise in:

Heritage Homes

  • Sympathetic restoration of original features
  • Modern conveniences discreetly integrated
  • Heritage-appropriate materials (encaustic tiles, clawfoot baths)

Modern Spaces

  • Nautical-chic designs with marine-grade finishes
  • Space-maximising solutions for compact dwellings
  • Light-filled designs that combat darker interiors

Our local knowledge means we:

  • Source materials from Fremantle suppliers when possible
  • Recommend finishes that withstand salty coastal air
  • Design for Freo’s specific plumbing challenges
