A PERSONAL HANDS ON APPROACH
Thinking about a bathroom renovation in Bassendean? This riverside suburb is full of character homes and growing families looking to modernise their spaces without losing charm. At Lucy J Design, we’ve spent more than 30 years helping Perth homeowners design and build bathrooms that blend style, practicality, and lasting quality. Whether you’re updating a period-style home near the Swan River or refreshing a newer property, our team will make the process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Every renovation is different, so we take the time to understand your home and lifestyle before offering tailored design advice. Costs can vary depending on the size of your space, materials chosen, and any structural work required, but you’ll always receive clear, upfront pricing. We believe the best renovations are those that add value beyond resale, enhancing your comfort and bringing new life to your Bassendean home. With detailed planning, open communication, and expert project management, you’ll always know exactly what’s happening and when.
EVERY PROJECT IS UNIQUE
Attention to detail is what separates a good renovation from a great one. In Bassendean, where homes often mix original character features with modern updates, we focus on designs that celebrate both. We’ll help you choose materials and finishes that enhance your home’s natural appeal while providing the durability you need for everyday use. Whether you’re after a sleek contemporary design or something that feels timeless and classic, our expert advice ensures the end result is stylish, functional, and built to last.
We also offer guidance on energy and water-efficient options. From low-flow showerheads and water-saving tapware to mood lighting and ventilation solutions, we’ll help you create a bathroom that feels luxurious while reducing ongoing costs. Every element is chosen with care to balance beauty, sustainability, and long-term value.
