Powder Room

The Powder Room is typically separate to any bathroom or laundry.

It normally comprises of a toilet, hand washing basin or small vanity & mirror. Hand towel rail and also usually an exhaust fan.

The Powder Room is usually tiled at least partly up the wall and of course the floor.

As the Powder room is frequented mainly by guests, it is often finished in a more elaborate manner than perhaps the main bathroom.  A decorative mirror can make quite a statement over a pedestal basin.
